Christmas 2011

Being a parent has got to be one of the toughest jobs I've ever had. But it's times like Christmas that make it all worth it. This year was really fun because Henry is starting to really grasp the idea of Santa and that it's pretty cool to wake up to a room full of presents.

Have I mentioned yet that Henry is obsessed with Cars? Santa decided to make it a Cars themed Christmas, and Henry was not disappointed.

Henry's big present this year was the Cars GeoTracks. It took Santa some serious shopping (and lots of lines on Black Friday) to find the best deal possible.

The highlight of my day was when Henry opened up his first present and found all the Cars for his tracks in there. As soon as he realized what was in there he said, "Oh WOW!"

What better way for him to learn to spell his name then with a puzzle. Thanks Grammie!

This year the family present was a Wii. Nothin like watching your mom shakin her booty to Just Dance.

Then to top the day off my mom made this delicious dinner of roast beef and mashed potatoes. Also notice the jello.. this bad boy took all day to make and it was amazing. Mormon cookin' at it's finest.

We also went out and had a tennis tournament between me and my brother and sisters (and Rachel's boyfriend). So between the tennis and all the Wii dancin, I'm one stiff lady this morning.

Today will definitely go down as one of the best Christmas' I've ever had!
