Guess who is finally sitting up?

I couldn't have picked a better dad for Henry J.

Aunt Jordyn and Henry

We went down south to help my dad celebrate his 51st birthday a couple weeks ago. It was so much fun seeing Jordyn interact with Henry, and he was completely fascinated by her. I think that they are going to be like brother and sister rather than aunt and nephew.

Henry was really excited to have another mini person around.

Jordyn showing Henry how to play with the toys.

I think the bath pictures are a must. It's going to be embarassing for them down the road to see that they were naked together. :o)

9 Months

Weight - 16 pounds 11 ounces
Height - 26 inches
Henry finally made it on the charts with his real age. 3% for weight and 10% for height.
Corrected age he is 25% for weight and 75% for height.
The doctor says she can't hear a murmur in his heart, but we still have an appointment with a cardiologist in 3 months (when he turns one.. BOOHOO).
I can't believe our next appointment will be for his 1 year. Seriously, where did this year go?

All about HJ

Henry is now 9 months old!! We have a doctor appointment next week so I will post all his stats then. Cereal, fruit and veggies are a success now and it seems he prefers them over the bottle. Something else that we found he LOVES is macaroni and cheese. Not sure if it's the best thing to give him, but he seriously wolfs it down.

Something else that Henry LOVES are the cartoons Spongebob Square Pants, Dora the Explorer and that Diego show. It's not that I want my kid to be a couch potatoe, but it's nice when it'll occupy at least 20 minutes so I can shower. He especially loves to watch cartoons in our bed.

Henry really likes to be included in everything we do, so I put his Bumbo on a seat at the kitchen table while we eat.

He'll have a plate infront of him before I know it.

Just a little too short.

Off we go!

We are going down to my mom's then dad's house for Christmas this year. I bought this onesie for Henry long before he was born, so I was excited to use it.

Big blue eyes, and cheeks that taste like candy.

Telling me stories.

We are trying to learn how to sit up, and it's a slow process.

S-P-O-I-L-E-D

That is what the Aunt and Uncle Moser do to Henry. . SPOIL him. They came over and we exchanged gifts. They bought Henry some really fun building blocks and a toy that he can ride, or walk with. After tasting each block, he decided it was the perfect gift.

Ripping the paper.

This kid makes the funniest faces.

Yummy!

Alan took Henry to see Santa, but it was "workshop" Santa that day. He was wearing a blue shirt without the hat or anything festive. So right before my brother in law, Roger, went to a party as Santa I snapped a couple pictures. I was surprised that Henry didn't cry, like he did with the first Santa.

Henry checking the beard to see if it's legit.

Grandma and Grandpa Roberts bought Henry this jump'n'go. He doesn't so much jump, as twirl around and look at the lights.

Maybe I should move it off the slippery hardwood floor. :o)
