I'm sure that if any of you have even talked to us in the past couple of weeks, you know that we are making the big move from Salt Lake City to St. George. Most people just assume that it was my idea because that's where my mom lives and it's where I grew up. But really, it was Alan's idea. He was ready for a change (I guess living in the same house for 25 years or so will do that to a person) and thought that it would be a great place to live for a bit. Before I could absolutely agree to it, I did a little research and found out that there isn't a waiting list for the nursing program at Dixie State College. A couple conversations later, we decided it would be a good move for us. To make a really long story short, we both got jobs at the IHC hospital and found a beautiful house to move in to. The way that everything happened, it felt like this move is supposed to happen and nothing will get in our way. We are both really excited, nervous and just about every other emotion under the sun about this. It will be crazy to live in St. George again, but I'm looking forward to being back in school and starting this new adventure with my family!
