Where does the time go?

You know it's been a long time since you've updated your blog when your husband even tells you to update it. Life is crazy as usual, but I don't think I would trade it for any other way. We were able to sneak down to St. George for a couple days so we could help my mom move. After dinner one night we went shopping and Dylan (my little brother) and Alan thought they would play dress up. I'm not sure who my husband morphs in to when he gets around Dylan, but I love the relationship they have.
As far as Baby goes, I am feeling him/her move everyday and it's hard to explain what it even feels like. I have always heard butterfly flutters, but for me it's just a bubbly feeling. The first time I felt the movement I had just eaten pancakes and orange juice and I guess all that sugar made Baby run laps around my belly. I can't wait until Alan can feel the movement though. We are finding out Thursday what we are having, and we feel pretty confident that it's a boy (or is that just me secretly wishing?). Alan and I finally broke down and bought some clothes down in St. George, which happen to be all for a little boy. I'll take pictures after I find out what I'm having.
We ordered a crib off line and it got to the store, so we went and picked it up. Well my poor husband/mule packed that thing on his back and hauled it into the apartment. We opened up the box, and the first thing I see is that one of the spokes is snapped in half. I was SO upset. So we went back to the store and come to find out, there was a recall on that crib anyway. I guess the brackets were faulty. Long story short, I have to order another crib that won't break the night I put Baby in there for the first time. I will take pictures once the nursery is getting closer to being finished.
Wow.. I have rambled on and on, so if you are still with me, thanks for reading! I can't wait to post GIRL or BOY!!

I felt the exact same thing when I felt Jett move the first time. The best way to describe it was bubbles. Thats funny because when I tell people that they look at me like I am some sort of cRazY. Bummer about the crib, but good luck on the ultrasound. Next to birth there is nothing more amazing than seeing your baby on screen. Congrats! ;)

oh I love Alan...his face cracks me up. What a bummer on the crib. That totally sucks. That's so cool that you can feel your baby. It's crazy when you really start realizing there's a baby in there. Well, I'll keep checking for updates...you know you'll be getting a call from me on Thursday! can't wait!
