I have always enjoyed looking at other peoples blogs, or I guess the technical term is blog stalking, and I wanted to start one myself but didn't think my life was interesting enough. Well as of last night at about 9:45 things got A LOT more interesting. Alan and I thought maybe we should start trying for a baby so I got off my birth control about a month ago. About 2 weeks into it I starting getting cold feet and told him that I was going to go back on the birth control once I started my period, but it never came. Apparently someone is REALLY excited about joining our little family. I took 2 tests, and went to the doctor this morning and it was confirmed.

Chelsey! I am so excited! I remember when I first found out I was pregnant with Meg. I came home from Doctor's appointment about 1:00 pm with all the brochures for new born babies, new moms, etc. I was so excited to call my parents in Japan. Dah, it was about 4:00 am in Japan. I woke my parents up, of course, and scared them. They were happy to hear the news anyway. I will be happy to go baby shopping with Grandma Angie! We will be waiting to hear more about the baby. So, so, so exciting. I have been so excited when my daughters including Em tell us they are expecting a new little grand baby for us. We have 6 now and they are the most beautiful, smart, wonderful babies ever. You're mom is going to have to budget her baby stuff. It is all so cute ti is hard to choose just one thing. Now with 6, I have to choose just one thing. I hope you get a girl, we are short on the girl side, but what ever you have it will be adorable just like "Mom and Dad" How does that sound? Oh my gosh. I am sitting here in Northern New Hampshire and I want to jump up and down. I am so excited for you. This is wonderful news. I am very excited to become a great auntie. Garnet Hill has really cute baby clothes. This could be dangerous. I am so thrilled.

Hi Chels, I found you through Rickell. Congrats on the whole baby thing. Enjoy the excitement of being pregnant while it lasts because soon it will hit you that the baby has to come out.
