Boys

How time flies when you are in love with your baby.

I hope that Champ and Henry can be friends for a long time.

Yay!

So I may or may not have been lusting after the giant cupcake mold for awhile, but never brought myself to actually go buy one. Well for Valentines Day, my Alan went and got one for me despite the fact that he thinks it's "somewhat ridiculous". So you can imagine my surprise when I opened it and that little beauty was now in my posession.

The shadows are really bad on this, but here's my first creation.

My fun February craft with the giant cupcake.

And a cute picture of the boy because what would a post be without one.

To my Valentine

I don't want much, I just want you.

Guess who is finally sitting up?

I couldn't have picked a better dad for Henry J.

Aunt Jordyn and Henry

We went down south to help my dad celebrate his 51st birthday a couple weeks ago. It was so much fun seeing Jordyn interact with Henry, and he was completely fascinated by her. I think that they are going to be like brother and sister rather than aunt and nephew.

Henry was really excited to have another mini person around.

Jordyn showing Henry how to play with the toys.

I think the bath pictures are a must. It's going to be embarassing for them down the road to see that they were naked together. :o)

9 Months

Weight - 16 pounds 11 ounces
Height - 26 inches
Henry finally made it on the charts with his real age. 3% for weight and 10% for height.
Corrected age he is 25% for weight and 75% for height.
The doctor says she can't hear a murmur in his heart, but we still have an appointment with a cardiologist in 3 months (when he turns one.. BOOHOO).
I can't believe our next appointment will be for his 1 year. Seriously, where did this year go?

All about HJ

Henry is now 9 months old!! We have a doctor appointment next week so I will post all his stats then. Cereal, fruit and veggies are a success now and it seems he prefers them over the bottle. Something else that we found he LOVES is macaroni and cheese. Not sure if it's the best thing to give him, but he seriously wolfs it down.

Something else that Henry LOVES are the cartoons Spongebob Square Pants, Dora the Explorer and that Diego show. It's not that I want my kid to be a couch potatoe, but it's nice when it'll occupy at least 20 minutes so I can shower. He especially loves to watch cartoons in our bed.

Henry really likes to be included in everything we do, so I put his Bumbo on a seat at the kitchen table while we eat.

He'll have a plate infront of him before I know it.

Just a little too short.
